@MattyVfromCT … @MattyVfromCT awesome, When i was watching that game I was in Dallas visiting my brother, we watched the game in a steelers bar, there was one cowboys fan there–so after the game everybody bought him a drink, we figured he’d be doing alot of it.

oh yeah. i didn’t … oh yeah. i didn’t get to a game this year but i went to the game against the cowboys in 08. AWESOME. the place went nuts when heath miller tied the game in the 4th with his td reception. when deshea returned romo’s pick for a td, everyone in the building was jumping, screaming, waving terrible towels, etc. the energy was amazing. there’s plenty of vids here on youtube from the stands at that game. it was the most energetic crowd that i’ve been a part of for any sport

@MattyVfromCT … @MattyVfromCT Exactly, ive been to 3 bucs games, only 1 out of three were victories (win was against Barry Bonds and the Giants). as you said great view of the Skyline and the food is great. It’s a shame that Pittsburgh might have to wait some dozen more years until the pirates actually start winning. but look at the brightside, their tied for first in the league for first place right now–with every other team!
never been to a steelers game yet, is it as crazy as Ive heard?

that’s the biggest … that’s the biggest shame of all, that a beautiful ballpark like pnc park is almost empty, because of the pirates organization’s lack of desire to put a winning product on the field. i’ve never been to pnc park but i walk past it all the time when i go to steeler games. beautiful place. i love all the statues of pirates greats that surround the stadium. i’d like to go to a game there sometime. seats close to the field, great view of downtown, etc. i’m sure the food is great like at heinz field

@MattyVfromCT I … @MattyVfromCT I agree, its no suprise that thier past has been filled with very talented players, but lately as you said, ownership has been worse and worse.
I can tell you the only reasons PNC park isnt vacant around Baseball season is because of bobbleheads, sausage races, and fireworks.
Hopefully, the bucs can get ownership that cares more about team success than just $.

to be fair, the … to be fair, the pirates have a proud history, but that’s the problem. it’s history. their current ownership and front office are terrible. it seems that anytime a pirate has a good season, they trade him instantaneously. bay, nady, mcclouth, etc. it’s a shame because the pirates have a good history. 9 nl pennants, 5 world championships. a lot of great players. honus wagner, ralph kiner, roberto clemente, willie stargell, barry bonds (as much as i hate him). it’s sad what the pirates have become

Gehrigs speech runs … Gehrigs speech runs chills down my spine.
This video just goes to show the Yankees franchise has been a rich organization with talented, respected players for most of their years if not all of them.
I’m saying this as a pirates fan, so you see why it’s so easy for me to talk so kindly about NYY, I have nothing to cheer for.
