Gee, it’s a big one…

Shot with Olympus E620

From the sheer size of this drinking trough you could guess that it is in Smithfield. Very difficult to imagine what the city of London must have looked like at the time, to need a trough this big, and I’m sure they had to queue to get there. There’s another large one at Mornington Crescent, but I’m not aware of any other giant ones – anyone?

On holiday – back soon.

A Fishy Poll: Will you stock up on frozen fish now that it's on good sales for Lent?
This seems to be one of the few times of the year that frozen fish (Gorton’s, Mrs. Paul’s, etc) is on sale for good prices.

Will you stock up to max out your fish savings?

Thanks for sampling my Fishstick, I mean, poll.

I like Swordfish or Shark Steaks, but they are way hard to stuff in a freezer.

I wonder though, if the market for fish or anything is up, isn’t that a time when companies usually up prices too?

Yowee after seein Debras answer I’m jealous, LOL, I’d love me some Crawfish Gumbo right about now.
