RFTR#123 – The Comeback Kid Part 99

Hello again, I’m back after a little break for a couple of weeks with another run in the frozen wastelands of Staffordshire.

It’s another blistering, fast-paced show featuring life, death, weight-loss, in-depth analysis of problems facing the planet and a cow who needs a haircut. It really is the running podcast which has it all…but not actually very much about running this week, and probably a very low entertainment value as well…still, it kept me out of trouble for half an hour whilst recording it I suppose.
